5. Refund Processing

  • Approved Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Access Termination

  • Immediate Revocation: Upon approval of your refund, all access to the course materials and associated services will be terminated immediately.
