2. Refund Conditions- No Questions Asked: You do not need to provide a reason to receive a refund within the eligible period.
- Usage: Refunds are granted regardless of course usage during the 30-day period.
3. Non-Refundable Fees- Transaction Fees: Transaction processing fees are non-refundable.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

- Include:

- The email address used for the purchase.
- The plan purchased (Basic, Premium, or VIP).
- Date of purchase.
5. Refund Processing- Review Period: We will review your refund request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.
- Approved Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
6. Access Termination- Immediate Revocation: Upon approval of your refund, all access to the course materials and associated services will be terminated immediately.
- Agreement: By requesting a refund, you agree not to access, use, or distribute any course materials after the refund is processed.
7. Exceptions- Time Limit: Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
- Policy Abuse: If we detect abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse future sales and refunds.
